1. Digital Product Nature

All PerfNEt products — including downloads, toolkits, software packages, blueprints, and digital documentation — are intangible, digital goods.
Once the download or license key has been issued, the sale is considered final.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase — You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
  • Download or access issue — You were unable to access or download the product due to a verified technical issue on our side.
  • Non-delivery — You did not receive a license key, download link, or confirmation email within 24 hours after payment.
  • Critical defect — The product is proven to be corrupted or non-functional, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (up to 5 business days).

Refunds cannot be issued simply because:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • The product was purchased by mistake.
  • You do not have the required technical knowledge or tools to use it.
  • The product did not meet subjective expectations outside of stated specifications.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team.
  2. Include your order number, purchase date, and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Technical Assistance Before Refund

PerfNEt’s technical team will make every effort to resolve your issue before issuing a refund.
We may provide troubleshooting instructions, alternate download links, or updated product builds to ensure successful access.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as all PerfNEt products are digital and unique per license.
However, customers who face ongoing compatibility issues may be offered an equivalent alternative product or credit at our discretion.


6. Subscription Products (if applicable)

For any recurring subscriptions or support plans:

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations take effect immediately, but no partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.

7. Legal Disclaimer

PerfNEt reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to comply with evolving digital commerce regulations.
All refunds are granted at PerfNEt’s discretion and in accordance with the terms described above.
